Švedska asocijacija za seksualnu edukaciju - RFSU

RFSU je osnovana 1933. godine i danas je vodeća organizacija u Švedskoj na polju seksualnog i reproduktivnog zdravlja i prava (engl. skr. SRHR).

RFSU smatra da je otvorenost u vezi sa seksualnošću preduslov za promociju i očuvanje zdravlja. Pravo na zaštitu seksualnog i reproduktivnog zdravlja i seksualna edukacija su ključna sredstva u borbi za zdravije i ravnopravnije društvo. Kvalitetna seksualna edukacija osposobljava ljude da pronađu radost u svojoj seksualnosti, i daje svakome mogućnost da sam/a donosi odluke o sopstvenom telu. Takođe, kroz unapređen nivo znanja o seksualnosti sprečavaju se neželjene trudnoće i polno prenosive infekcije.

RFSU je organizovao napredne trening programe u Švedskoj od 1999. godine, sa ciljem da se oblast seksualnog i reproduktivnog zdravlja mladih ljudi uključi u proces donošenja odluka i politika, kao i u socijalne programe. Saradnica NSHC-a je 2005. godine pohađala četveronedeljni međunarodni trening u organizaciji RFSU i Odeljenja za međunarodno zdravlje (IHCAR) Karolinska instituta u Stockholmu.
